Personal Declaration :-

*We, the undersigned School Authorities, hereby declare and agree to the following terms and conditions for participating in the Atal Satellite Competition:*
• All financial support required for participation in this competition shall be borne entirely by the school.
• The registration fee of INR 11000 is non-refundable under any circumstances.
• The school shall provide all necessary laboratory resources, equipment, and infrastructure to the participating students.
• The school shall take full responsibility for monitoring, supervising, and guiding the students during the entire course of the competition.
• Any mishap, accident, or injury that may occur with students during the designing, manufacturing, or testing of the CanSat/Model Satellite shall be solely the responsibility of the school. The organizers shall not be held liable under any circumstances.
• The school ensures that only genuine and original work will be submitted by the students, and any form of plagiarism, misconduct, or violation of competition rules will be the school’s responsibility.
• The school shall obtain necessary consent from parents/guardians of the participating students for their involvement in the competition.
• The school agrees that the organizers reserve the right to use photographs, videos, and project outcomes for academic, promotional, or documentation purposes.
• The school confirms that designated mentors/teachers will accompany and guide students throughout the competition process.
• By proceeding with the registration, the school acknowledges and accepts full responsibility as outlined above
